The apartment, located on the third floor of a prestigious building with lift, is located in a splendid nineteenth-century building located in the historic center of Florence. It has been entirely renovated and furnished, bringing a piece of our city’s history back to the present. Those who choose this delightful apartment enter a world of their own, a real central refuge away from the chaos of the historic center, a real base of support in which to enter, rest and exit even many times a day to take advantage of every event and location of the city. It is an apartment suitable for classy tourists or for young couples, even with one or two children. It is an elegant, functional, very comfortable and private apartment, which allows rapid regeneration from the fatigue of travel or work and which ensures maximum rest thanks to a splendid bedroom located, via an internal staircase, in the attic, very quiet and well protected. The super-equipped kitchen allows the preparation of any dish and is functional for maintaining an optimal diet. Assistance is guaranteed by a dedicated concierge who lives in the building.

The structure has a surface area of over 40 sq.m. and is composed of:

• an equipped entrance, in which you can work and dine;
• a living room equipped with a sofa, digital TV, a fully equipped kitchen for those who still love to cook well at home (obviously the dishwasher and washing machine are included);
• a large bedroom with a wooden ceiling equipped with a large and welcoming double bed, excellent quality linen, a wall-mounted wardrobe and safe;
• a small bathroom with a shower and everything necessary to ensure a pleasant stay.

If you need a cot or cot for your children, we can provide it. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking allowed inside the apartment. A courtesy set will be present upon your arrival.

Guests are asked to respect the silence times during their stay (no noise from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am).

For a fee, a daily cleaning service with change of bed linen and towels can be arranged.
