The Host’s family has lived in Palazzo Pepi for over five centuries. The apartment, the most beautiful portion of the entire Palace, offers a large space (220 sq.m) which allows each guest a special connection with the history of the Pepi family and Florence. It is the right place for all those who deeply love Florence and who wish to get to know this splendid city starting from the inside, from the Palace where the Pepis, an ancient Florentine patrician family who also own a splendid archive, built their history, their fortune and that of their city.

The apartment is suitable for large families, groups of managers willing to work together or scholars who like to dedicate time to study, reflection and research. Silence, light, space, art, history, prestige, beauty and a very central location ensure a unique stay. It is an apartment that is still owned by the family and, therefore, constantly subjected to extreme care. It is not a historic residence adapted for tourist use for commercial reasons, but a distinctive apartment, still managed directly by the Pepi family which allows, also thanks to the height of the ceilings, the simultaneous availability of large individual spaces and large spaces for being together, including a large kitchen offering all kinds of equipment for cooking together. The apartment is located on the first floor of Palazzo Pepi and is accessed via a large and comfortable staircase, typical of a noble palace. Two bedrooms and the laundry room are located on the upper floor of the apartment, with internal stairs that require some attention.

The structure has a surface area of over 220 sq.m. and is composed of:

• a shared entrance with the Host’s apartment (with double security door);
• a large central corridor (30 m) which leads to four rooms, two bathrooms and, on the upper floor, the laundry room. The four rooms are:
  • dining room
  • double bedroom
  • double or triple bedroom;
  • living;
  • master bathroom;
  • bathroom with shower;
  • laundry
• a large entrance to the kitchen, separated by a large glass door, through which you go up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms each with a bathroom.

The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

If you need a cot or cot for your children, we can provide it.

Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking allowed inside the apartment.

A courtesy set will be present upon your arrival.

Guests are asked to respect the silence times during their stay (no noise from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am).

For a fee, a daily cleaning service with change of bed linen and towels can be arranged.

The prestigious position and centrality make it an apartment to live in maximum relaxation, a true “luxury refuge”. Located in the historic center of the city, it allows maximum convenience in moving around every part of the center of Florence on foot.

This property has guidelines to help guests properly sort waste, is equipped with a gas leak alarm and a fire extinguisher. Furthermore, in order to ensure maximum sustainability, LED lights have been installed everywhere.

The property is located a five-minute walk from:

• a Carrefour supermarket (on request they will bring home the shopping you choose for a small surcharge);
• from the large and characteristic Sant’Ambrogio Market, where you can find all the local specialties;
